Will global recession impact India or not?
Recession will benefit India

In any case, the recession that will happen in US is going to benefit India. While the US companies are opting for the cost cutting methods or layoffs, new outsourcing will happen in major cities of India. As per my perspective, outsourcing to low-cost countries like India will always benefit them from any recession.
Even if some of the US-based companies stop growing their real estate portfolio for some time, new outsourcing will pick up in the Indian market. I feel the office-space market in the country is a safe bet. Unlike stock markets and other industries that more sentimental driven, the real estate sector will not feel the recession fears, because this sector is more fundamentally driven.
Recently, I attended a tech infra event in the US and came across a group of 2,000 Indian CEOs based out of the US. Amazingly, I learned that they are contributing $1 trillion to the US economy. Some of them said that if recession happens, they will be going to outsource more to India. That's why, I continue to believe in the Indian real estate market.
I will not comment on properties which are located at the outskirts of the cities, but properties that are in the middle of the city within the talent pool area will always survive.
